Welcome to Whiterun Estate. This mod is the ultimate collector home for everyone.
The house i located east of Whiterun. Right next to the battleborn farm. Follow the main road and you wont miss it!
Alternate location is south-west of Whiterun.
Buy the key at the main entrance and enjoy your new home!
It contains multiple custom containers for every storage need.
HUGE secret Display Room for ALL the unique items and armors in the game.
HUGE Trophy Room where you can display Skyrims most fascinating creatures.
Dynamic Coin Vault for all of your septims and treasures. (Put coins in the Treasure Ledger or AutoSorting Chest, and watch it grow)
A Deep Cellar with tons of mannequins and display cases.
Follower area with several beds for your friends from Tamriel!
Children Room with lots of beds and toys for the little ones.
Top of the line crafting room with anything you need to make cool armors and crazy potions!
It wouldnt be a house for winners if you didnt have your own mine, would it? Thats right. You have a Quarry with ores for all your needs.
How about an indoor garden, with ingredients which cater to your needs? Well, its there!
The basement also provides a shop (Dont mind Jennifer, shes abit grumpy but we love her).
More mannequins and the Currency Converter! (Put items you want to sell in the Safe and push the button!)
The house also comes with a big library with bookshelfs for alle the books in skyrim.
A big kitchen with custom containers and your very own Chef Gusto! Handsome fella.
Master bedroom with some custom containers and mannequins for your most precious items.
Your very own personal follower - Mr John Rambo.
And of course thereis a AutoSort Chest that will make all the distribution of items a little easier. its near the entrace next to the outdoor smithy.
Containers are linked for your pleasure!
DO NOT PUT UNIQUE ITEMS, LETTERS AND NOTES IN AUTOSORT CHEST. THEY WILL DISSPEAR.
The estate is guarded by Officer Johnson by day and Officer Barney by night. They are awesome guys and will take good care of your home and
they will look after Falcon.
But beware. They will put you to jail if you steal from them!
!DO NOT SAVE GAME IN THE MAIN HOUSE. YOU CANT LOAD IT AGAIN! SAVE OUTSIDE OR IN THE SMALLER CELLS!
