It's been two years since I ported this mod to console (open perms on the original). I just heard that the original by Myania had vanished. I made a lot of changes to the mod for console including combining all three houses, making all the objects built instead of automatically enabled and even adding a few weapon stands here and there and felt that with the loss of the original my remaster was needed.
IF YOU'VE ALREADY BUILT AND FURNISHED THE ENTRYWAY, BE SURE TO CLEAR OUT THE STORAGE. You don't wanna lose anything important in the entryway cabinets or cupboards. The player chest is safe.
The beauty of this is that this uses no external assets so will be completely compatible with any and all retextures or mesh improvements. It doesn't change any of the original Hearthfire scripts, quests, or data - cell edits only. This makes it uniquely compatible with other mods which may alter or update the items and construction options. Nothing has been deleted, no Navmesh has been altered.
On the off chance there are any incompatibilities, I'm a patch wizard if you just let me know.
