Replaces the horrible dead shrubs with something less... dead. ESP-FE

Didn't like the dead shrubs, didn't want to remove them either, so I tried to find an acceptable replacement.
Before installing, please make sure that your shrubs are really dead and not just... resting.
Installer with compatibility option for "Skyrim Is Windy".
Includes billboards for LODGen.
This will also replace the shrubs in new-lands mods such as Beyond Reach, Beyond Skyrim - Bruma, Falskaar, Moonpath, Vigilant, Wyrmstooth, and so on.
Never underestimate the importance of proper shrubbery.
COMPATIBILITY
This -- as far as I know -- is compatible with everything.
It doesn't include meshes or textures, the replacements are from your own game, vanilla or modded.
You'll have to choose if you wish to replace both shrubs, only the dry one, or only the snowy one.

- You have a mod with a new model for the dry shrub, and you like it --> replace the snowy one.
- You have a mod with a new model for the snowy shrub, and you like it --> replace the dry one.
- You have a mod with new models for both shrubs, but you don't like one of them --> replace the disliked one and load this after the mod.
- You have a mod with new models for both shrubs, but you don't like any of them --> replace both and load this after the mod.
- You have a mod with new models for both shrubs, and you're happy with them --> don't install this.
- You just love the vanilla dead shrubs --> please, have your eyes checked.
