Simply removes the weight enchantments on the Items, so you can enchant them yourself with whatever you like.
I saw a User asking for this on the Bandolier Page, so I thought I'd help him out.
This is just the .esp, so you'll need to Download the Mod first ---> https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2417
and simply overwrite it's .esp with this .esp.
