Replaces the Jagged crown with a better model and new textures too.
(this model is not compatible with other textures)
-No plugin (for the replacer) / The Circlet version has a ESPFE plugin so it doesn't count towards the 255limit.
-mesh is more detailed.
-textures saved in BC7 for performance and to reduce file size.
