About this mod
A mod that changes the "Poisoner" perk in Ordinator (by Enai Siaion) to add a flat 100% buff to Frenzy and Fear poisons, making them more useful without having to resort to enchanting/alchemy loops to buff them to usable levels later in the game.

- Permissions and credits
All credit for the original mod, Ordinator, goes to Enai Siaion, I did not make it at all, only edited this one little perk to suit my (and maybe your) needs.
I made this with Skyrim Alchemy Fixed in mind, as it removes Alchemy enchantments from the game, thus making these poisons effectively hardcapped at some point, but it isn't required to use this.
If you use something like CACO, or do a whole bunch of Enchanting, then this mod is likely pointless, and probably overpowered, as it's been balanced for (mostly) vanilla Alchemy, without any outside influences. That being said, Enchanting can already buff them through the roof, and at that point you have bigger problems as far as balance, such as poisons doing thousands of damage, so it's not a big deal.
How it works:
It just checks for the Fear and/or Frenzy effect keywords when making a poison, and then buffs those effects by 100% in the same way the vanilla "Alchemist" perk does. No scripts at all, just a record change. The game rounds down, as far as I know, though, in case of any oddities. This might get a little out of hand, late-game, but I think it's fine. For the record, without any enchants, you can get somewhere around between level 60-80 poisons at 100 alchemy, depending on perks and ingredients and such, and this isn't too out of line with what Illusion can do. There are additional versions for 50% and 75%, which might work better if you're mixing in Enchanting, too.
"But why didn't you just edit the ingredients to be stronger?" Because this would conflict with just about any mod that changes Alchemy ingredients even the slightest bit. This is a much more elegant solution, as you can't just make powerful frenzy and fear poisons without at least a little bit of investment in Alchemy, and additionally, this mod is technically compatible with anything that's compatible with Ordinator. (see Compatibility)
Requirements:
Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim
Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
I take no responsibility of what happens if you decide to ignore this. It (probably) won't crash your game, but it'll break your Alchemy skill tree.
The USSEP adds a couple specific keywords to the Frenzy and Fear alchemy effects, which this mod relies on. It is technically possible to make a version that doesn't require the USSEP, but this isn't something I plan on doing.
I consider the USSEP to be an essential mod regardless, and it would render it inconsistent with the effects of Ordinator, as Ordinator's regular Poisoner effect doesn't apply to these poisons without the USSEP either.
Installation:
Pick a file, then install it with your mod manager, or drop it into the data folder. It's just an .esp.
Only choose one file. Nothing bad will happen if you use more than one, just that the one that loads last will negate the others.
Safe to install mid-playthrough.
Uninstallation:
Just delete the .esp from your mod manager, or from the data folder.
Safe to uninstall, even if you have the perk, although as a general rule you shouldn't uninstall mods mid-playthrough.
Load Order:
Just load it after Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim.esp.
If any mod loaded after this mod edits the Poisoner perk, then this mod will be overwritten, but it's a completely harmless conflict, all that happens is that you will lose the effects of this mod.
Compatibility:
This mod is compatible with any mod that's compatible with Ordinator, unless that mod changes, or overwrites Ordinator's Alchemy tree.
If a mod or a patch required for said mod changes the Alchemy tree, there's a high chance this mod will be overwritten. This isn't a significant problem, and it won't break anything, but this mod then won't do anything.
While it might be compatible with CACO via it's Ordinator patch, I can't guarantee it, and regardless, I don't recommend it, because as far as I know, CACO doesn't have the problem this mod fixes to begin with.
Compatible with, but not balanced for Alchemy Potions and Food Adjustments, because Fear and Frenzy effects are already doubled on the ingredients.
If you have tested this mod with another mod or patch, please do let me know and I can begin to compile a list of things that are/are not compatible.
