Clearspring Manor is a player home with all the amenities you need for a playthrough. It is sorta navmeshed for followers to use. This manor comes with a cave, storage, a few spells, armors, bolts, smithy and the whole nine yards for your convenience. You can even fast travel from inside.

Clearspring Manor is a player home with all the amenities you need for a playthrough. It is sorta navmeshed for followers to use. This manor comes with a cave, storage, a few spells, armors, bolts, smithy and the whole nine yards for your convenience. You can even fast travel from inside. The mod was supposed to be a ranger themed manor allowing for archer builds to expand but I added more things to it for others including indoor plumbing sorta. There is a blessing inside the gave that does give you a power boost and no fall damage. I really hope you guys enjoy this mod.
Bugs: Weapon Racks sometimes drop weapons, armor racks after a few days will unequip the armor attached but doesn't lose it. Not really a bug but the blessing does wear off if you are jailed, go to the thalmor party, and other effect interrupting instances.
