They're 4k, they have a somewhat subtle glow on them (if you wanna edit the glow you'll need nifskope, go to your skyrim folder, Data\Meshes\actors\character\Galactic eyes and then open with nifskope the one that you wanna edit, and go to "BSLightingShaderProperty", then look for Emissive Multiple, and then change that value to your liking)
