Shrinks and lowers the subtitles display in the main HUD for VR.

I got tired of trying to peer through the huge subtitles display to see the faces of sitting NPCs, or having the bar and text cover most of my forward view as I spoke with NPCs. Using mods such as Fuz-Ro D'oh and dialog mods that are not fully voiced, subtitles are necessary and unavoidable.
This is a simple edit to the VR HUD that repositions and scales down the subtitles display.
The scale of the display has been decreased to 75% of normal and positioned lower in the HUD.
The only file edited is the interface/vr/vr_hmd_info.swf to change the scaling and position of the container frame for the subtitles.
This mod will be incompatible with any other mod that alters the interface/vr/vr_hmd_info.swf file.

As of this writing he latest SKSE for VR (2.0.0.12) restores the UI HUD displays for many addons. Expired has released an early access build that has the fixes.
