Profail did the following I simply converted it.

removed old blocky rocks and added actual walls like its a real room
some neat asthetics were added including hircine shrines and a full set of wolf armour.
Adds a silverhand captive near the secret exit.
This mod is included in my other mod Skyrim2020 Jorrvaskr Extreme Renovation v4.0+ and thus is not compatible.
