permissions: anyone can port, change, whatever my mods so long as they credit me, and the mod(s) are not involved in anything

All DLCs needed (hearthfire, dragonborn, dawnguard)

Quaint Shack is southwest of Greenspring Hollow on the edge-ish of the Whiterun Plains. It's themed for the alchemist, with lots of flowers and etc and storage for their ingredients. (it's also literally just south of my Quaint Den home)

inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-extra key is on the top of the drawers just to the right when you walk through the door, doesn't respawn
-many various containers for safe storage
-enchanting, alchemy, and cooking pot
-only a couple weapon plaques and a couple for shields
-double bed for you/spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-a bookshelf
-shrines to Mara, Arkay, and Zenithar
-idles for follower
-a uniquely enchanted outfit and two sets of boots(not uniquely named though) none of them respawn
-cozy?

outside:
-key is in one of the baskets in the back(pic in images)
-short note as to how owner disappeared/immersion
-bedroll in the back with a cozy little fire(for the alchemist when she wanted to sleep outside)
-chest, alchemy satchel, and knapsack which are safe storage
-beehive is NOT safe storage, it respawns
-sharpening wheel, tanning rack, and woodcutting block
-bedroll for follower
-lots of flowers and some 'food' plants in the garden
-pretty scenery
-a goodly amount of idles for followers
-also features a dragon landing spot! For, y'know, immersion.

there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, no smelter, no spidermakingmachine, no staff enchanter, no baking oven, mannequin, dagger cases, forge, or workbench. Hopefully didn't forget anything >..<
