A simple port of a mod to make the Targe of the Blooded just a little more useful. Now flagged ESL.

This is a port of Edg3k's Targe of the Blooded Improved. You can find the original here: LE Mod
This mod aims to make the Targe of the Blooded's unique enchantment both more useful and more in line with the art of the original object. In Vanilla, the shield deals 3 damage for 5 seconds. With this mod, it now does 15 damage for 5 seconds not enough to unbalance the game, but enough to give the shield the extra bit of flair it deserves.
Just a note that this mod does not make the enchantment on the shield unenchantable as that is beyond the scope of this mod.
