Now I've attempted to change that, You will now gain perk points when you beat a quest, with diminishing returns over time.
How it works is you will be granted a perk point for the 1st quest you beat, then you will need to beat 2 quests to gain the next one, then 3, 4, etc.
This makes it so there is an incentive to beat quests other than items and rewards, and makes it so you don't have to fight so much just to get a perk in a non-combat tree.
