Replacer for the unique Circlet of Waterbreathing with a new model.

This replaces the unique Circlet of Waterbreathing an item that was added in the base game but only available in the Dawnguard DLC. Since it can be found in the hands of a frozen Falmer, I gave it a falmer-ish appearance. The inscription, in Falmer font, is the poem 'Water' by Ralph Waldo Emerson, which fitts the enchantment of the item:
The water understands
Civilization well;
It wets my foot, but prettily,
It chills my life, but wittily,
It is not disconcerted,
It is not broken-hearted:
Well used, it decketh joy,
Adorneth, doubleth joy:
Ill used, it will destroy,
In perfect time and measure

Why does this mod need an esp? Why didn't I replace the vanilla nifs?
Like my other jewelry replacers, it replaces unique items that don't have a unique model. in order to accomplish this, the esp is required.
- copy all files in your data folder
- activate the esp files as usual
