This avoid having to open the console and use TM command everytime and allow easy repositioning of the camera since you can still move, and eventually look around.
When the panel open, player combat is disabled :
- Weapons are sheathed if they weren't already.
- Using mouse buttons won't draw your weapons nor swing them around.
- Holding the keyLock (default : Left Shift) while the ENB panel is open will also prevent the camera from moving with the mouse.
- Double-Tapping the keyLock (default: Left Shift) while the ENB panel is open will stop time.
Fair notice:
The stop time feature is experimental. It is slowing time by 1000.
I hope the game engine is smart enough to understand this mean it should stop processing TOD/Weather transition
at its regular rate, but can't be bother to wait 3h in front of my computer to see if that's really the case.
If this doesn't work, please report back. If it does work, please report back too.

Configuration :
The mod work by detecting key pressed. If you're using non-default ENB controls for the ENB Panel (Left Shift + Enter), you have to edit the configuration manually.
To do so :
- Download either the Creation Kit or TES5Edit
- Locate the "Global" section
- Edit the values of KeyCombination and KeyEditor to match those from your enblocal.ini
- WARNING! The numerical values don't match those from enblocal.ini, because Skyrim's scripts use DXScanCode.
Find the KeyCode matching your ENB Input configuration on this page : Creation Kit Wiki - Input Script: DXScanCodes
- Although not required, you can also set an other keyLock following the same procedure.
The keyLock prevent the camera from moving with the mouse when it's pressed while the ENB Panel is open,
and allow to stop time.
