I just removed the geode mine deposit and a tower; that was on top of the altar placed by the Definitely Not Another Snow Elf Waifu Mod. Nothing else was touched.

It's a file replacer for The Blackest Reach mod.

You only need this file and Definitely Not Another Snow Elf Waifu Mod; if you want Definitely Not Another Snow Elf Waifu Mod accessible on top of The Blackest Reaches.
