Makes the Dawnguard Rune Shield "Heavy Armor" instead of "Light Armor"

A simple mod that changes the Dawnguard Rune Shield from Light Armor to Heavy Armor. This way, people that use Heavy Armor will get more defense out of the shield and not have to level up Light Armor.
