Rebuild from the ashes! How to Acquire
After completing the quest Laid To Rest, speak to the steward of Morthal to purchase Hroggar's destroyed house. After purchasing, an architect's workbench will appear in front of the ruined house - this workbench will allow you to craft all the upgrades to restore Snowberry Cottage. HINT: To get logs, speak to the owner of any saw mill.

Compatibility Notes
Should be compatible with almost anything, except for the following:
- If a Morthal city overhaul edits the navmesh for the cells MorthalExterior01 or MorthalExterior06, it is NOT COMPATIBLE
- If another player house mod makes use of the Creation Club house ID #118, it is NOT COMPATIBLE
Installation
- Download manually, or using Vortex
- Install through Vortex, or extract the zip file and drop all the contents into your Skyrim Special Edition/Data folder
