About this mod
This mod adds a perk to Eorlund Gray-Mane that sets fall damage to zero so he wont die from the sky forge not loading right. In short it will block fall damage falls for him and keep him alive.

This mod adds a perk to Eorlund Gray-Mane that sets fall damage to zero so he wont die from the sky forge not loading right. In short it will block fall damage falls for him and keep him alive.
This mod wont protect him from any other ways that he can die. Example vampire attack or dragon attack and anything else.
If he is already dead there nothing this mod can do about it, you have three options use console commands to resurrect him, or load a save before he died or start a new game.
This mod will work best on a new game but it should work just fine in existing save game you just need to use console command and click on him and enter disable and enable again to make sure the perk has taken effect and save your game. That step might not be needed but it better safe then sorry.
You are asking your self why don't we just console command to make him essential or have this mod do it? The reason is very simple for immersion reasons because I don't like having that many npcs that can't be killed in my game and this mod make it feel like he been untouched in anyway and he will still feel vanilla. The only time might notice something up if you up to him and shout him off the sky forge.
Yes I know there are other ways to knock him off as well like vampire grip and werewolf claw bash to knock him over but you have to go out of your way to do that, expect maybe numb npc AI can come into play as well.
This mod will conflict mods that edit to Eorlund Gray-Mane in anyway.
Load order below any mod that would edit him in anyway.
Until the sky forge issue is fixed by mod makers or Bethesda, this mod will needed.
Reason for making this mod is simple I had the same problem and this attempt to take action and fix it, since fix the sky forge not loading is out of my area of fixing the I made the next best thing to fix the issue for now and I didn't see any mod that does already unless I missed it, give me a break if I did there alot of mod to sort on the nexus.
Console command to fix Eorlund Gray-Mane: Open your console (type ~); then "prid 1A683", enter; then "recycleactor", enter, then close the console (type ~). Eorlund should be good as new!
