This mod replaces the default banners that look like they were screenprinted by a graphic design intern on their first day. These banners look woven and weathered, and are designed to fit right in to Skyrim. Each one is unique.

Add specular channels to normal alpha, add ESP to apply normals 1:1 with textures
This mod is primarily textures, so it should be compatible with almost everything. It includes unique normal maps for each banner.
The ESP makes changes to some banner models and texturesets to apply the corresponding normalmaps. The ESP can be disabled, but some of the normals may be mismatched.
These banners were made in Substance Designer, and I've uploaded the SBS files as well. You are welcome to use these source files in accordance with the license.
