Less desolate winterhold is incompatible with COTN Winterhold, and it always felt weird to me that Winterhold was
A: Smaller than most of the villages in Skyrim
B: had no blacksmith, an essential service in any village.
This mod fixes that by adding a blacksmith. It is ESL flaggable and appears to be compatible with Civil War overhaul. Won't be compatible with anything that edits the same area, but if you have a mod that needs patching you can make a patch yourself or send it to me and if I want to use said mod I will patch it. You'll need to regenerate LOD or the new house will pop-in.
