outside of dawnguard headquarters entrance front gate. Or you can wait til they hunt you down- for vampires. spell tome to summon the immortal hunters to fight along your side the ancoent hunters leader has it or help "ancient hunters" to add via console. extremely hard mod. i recommend a shield to block and multiple allies. slow time powers are amazing too. this was made for those who want something hard at the end of the game.
