SPID addon that gives all humanoids a small chance to be able to use a random shout for added difficulty.

All NPCs will now have a 2% chance to gain 1 of 7 shouts EACH in addition to their regular arsenal!

Installation:
Simply drop the ini File into your data folder like an ESP. The mod can be un-/installed or updated at any time during gameplay thanks to the amazing SPID framework.
Known Issues:
All accumulated Donations Points of my mods will directly go to the Ukraine Relief Effort!

- Frost Breath
- Fire Breath
- Unrelenting Force
- Dismay
- Ice Form
- Cyclone
- Soul Tear
Leveled Plugin:
- NPCs receive the chance (2% for each shout) to be able to shout once they reach level 25.
- NPCs receive chances for shouts depending on their levels: Every 25 levels +1 %, up to 4 % at Level 100 and above.
- ONLY potential followers will receive a chance of getting the above shouts, their chance is at 10% each, so they actually use shouts without overpowering things.. too much. Also: creatures are excluded, it's shouty PEOPLE after all! :3
- Issue: Due to the way SPID works, all actors that can be asked to follow you at some point will be included, nothing I can do about this at the moment, sorry.
