Cudgels deal two less damage than maces. Effects provided by cudgels are only in effect when equipped.
Steel - Shock damage is 15% more effective. Dwarven - Shock damage is 25% more effective. Elven - Frost damage is 15% more effective. Glass - Fire damage is 15% more effective. Ebony - Fire damage is 25% more effective. Daedric - Health absorption damage is 15% more effective. Stalhrim - Frost damage is 35% more effective. Dragonbone - Chaos damage is 25% more effective.
