I spent a long time inspecting the meshes from Rustic soul gems and MultiLayer Parallax Soul Gems to be able to make this, i would not have been able to pull off some of the things i did on the meshes without understanding how they did it so i'd like to thank Gamwich and Madcat211 as well :)

Completely remade the soul gems, i have also worked on the other parts of the mod such as azura's star but i ended up covering so many other things it got too big, so i've been splitting the mod into multiple mods for clarity, easier management and because not everything i've covered is related to soul gems.
Several fixes have been made as well, i haven't kept a record of them but among the fixes are the following : enb no decal tag, inventory view distance due to enbl, "remade" uv's since these are new models.
Soul gem holders and the bowl has been moved to my repository.
Azura related content will be in a separate mod.
Soul gem deposits in blackreach are now covered but included in a separate mod with other things.
Ideal master crystals are already included in my soul cairn mod
Multi layer parallax color options may be added back for the current version if people are interested, otherwise i feel that all those previous options were unnecessary and by adding too many options it had a negative impact on the overall quality of the mod.

The soul gems glow have a subtle pulsating effect most noticeable on the dark gems, it also transitions from purple to blue but it's very subtle, they also have an animated effect similar to the "membrane" inMadcat211'sMultiLayer Parallax Soul Gemsmod.

Malyn soul gem : This item isn't used in-game except in the testing cell so a plugin will be added to allow the player to loot it from his corpse once defeated, if you can get to it before azura pulls you out of the star's realm (it'll be a misc item you can keep or discard if you want to).
Soul essence gem : The soul essence gem will have a unique appearance when filled and empty.
It is used in the dawnguard dlc to partially soultrap the dragonborn and allow them to enter the soul cairn without vampirism. It always bothered me that it did not have a unique model and turned into a black soul gem once recovered so i decided to make this.
It will give the essence gem a unique appearance when filled with the player's soul during the dawnguard quest and you'll be able to see that when looking at it inside the chest, then once recovered it will turn into an empty essence gem (misc item you get to keep) and will keep the same model but will look empty, as in transparent. If you use one of the main version the colours of the filled version are based on the dragon aspect shout, if you pick one of the "same layer" versions it will use whichever layer you chose during fomod installation.
The quest "DLC1VQ05SoulGemHandler / Beyond Death Soul Gem Handler" and script "DLC1_QF_DLC1VQ05SoulGemHandle_0100EA41" were edited to be able to do this and i didn't get any issues or conflicts when testing but i'm mentioning this just in case you have mods editing the quest already and might conflict with that.
