If you've never noticed this being an issue I'm sorry to be the one to point it out, because now you'll never be able to unsee it. Thankfully for your psyche I've also provided the fix.
Mod does what it says in the title. The left middle, ring, and pinky fingers were borked before now they're fixed. Contains corrected animations for both male and female. Install with a mod manager, manually, whatever.
Don't use this if you use modded run and sprint animations, you have no need for it.
