I was tired of moving slowly while crafting or organizing my house, but I like encumbrance as a general game feature.
This removes the tedium of encumbrance in player homes while still keeping the game mechanic.
A quest adds a single ability on startup. The ability buffs your carry weight by roughly one million, but only in locations that are tagged as a player home. Should work for modded homes as well so long as they are tagged with the keyword LocTypePlayerHouse.
