About this mod
This mod add to you Skyrim world, new looking tower, very decorated and with small secrets. For now it is just a player home building, but soon a planed to make quest to it. In doest change anything in world, because it´s build on iceberg, far away for Dawnstar.

So, this mod add new complete tower into Skyrim world. Its have three towers, archive, teleporting room and two dimensions, but they are not complete yet.
For start, the tower complexe is build on icebergs on ocean, near Dawnstar. You can get there through the harbor, near Dawnstar, which is located north of it. After that, you will stand before Temple of Welcoming. You will unlock it by key, who is located in bowl, standing before temple´s door. When you will stand inside, than you must put on pedesta Initiate's ewer from Gelebor. That ewer you get when you will doing Dawnguard quest. After that, your way will be free.
When you get into the center, you will stand before Main Tower, west of it is standing Artifact Tower, and east of Main Tower is ruined Tower. On central ring, there is plus Archive.
There are two secrets of Tower, but they are not complete yet, but you will find them. If you appear in locked area, and I know you will, find a key in unlocked areas. Small hint, the key is not in dimension.
If you are looking for history of this tower, or something like this, you must find librarians journal. In future, a plan quest for tower.

If you want the tower to look similar, use these textures: Forgotten Vale by clevercharff (with them, the tower looks glorious).
