- Banners customization: I know that the current banner may not please all of you or match the gameplay style each of you have. I know that if I make 10 versions of the banners, someone would ask for a 11. Thinking of that, I'm sharing the editable files on the optional files for the banner and armor textures, so you can make your own banner and heraldic, and share here on nexus with the community :) You are free to make your own edition to the textures and share on nexus and other sites, as long as the esp (in case you need one) is a patch to the original mod, due to the constant updates :)

- Changed the nif file in the outside pool that was causing crashs to the game. Thanks to Halffaces, we could find the corrupted nif file and I replaced to a new one.
- Fixed not being able to call more than one guest to the hall. If you dismissed the guests using the business ledger before, you'll have to hire a guest again and dismiss using the business ledger in order to fix the bug.
- Fixed not being able to hire a bard. Any bard with bard class can be hired.
- Fixed final quest scene not starting after you purchase the house from Hemme
- Fixed not being able to report to Wilhelm after you find Torben's body before purchasing Hjertesten
- The quest line where Kjartan confronts the player inside the cave will only happen if the player decides to work at the property

- Added a condition preventing custom followers to be hired, which caused problems with their AI. If you need to dismiss one of them, use the business ledger inside the hall.

- Fixed Npcs hired as Blacksmith, Tavern Keeper and Alchemist losing their vendor stats after dismissed from Hjertesten. If you have dismissed a vendor npc from these jobs and they stopped selling itens, you just need to go and talk to them. There will be a dialogue to Fix NPC's Vendor Stats.
This will be needed only for npcs dismissed before this update or npcs dismissed using the business ledger.

- To prevent issues, I set having a steward hired as a condition to be able to hire other npcs. So if you want to hire any npc, be sure you have one steward.
- Fixed the pathing to the external pool that caused npcs not to enter the space
- Added more options of guests including NPCs with unique voices. They can only be invited as guests to the hall, not as workers.
- Fixed the pronunciation of Hjertesten (my bad! I didn't knew I could actually use Danish pronunciation in xva synth, so I let the program read as I thought it was lol ~sorry for the mistake)
- Fixed some duplicate dialogues for guests

- Fixed not being able to adopt children. I changed some settings on V12.2 due to a bug on my end and endup creating a but the mod didn't have hahaha Now the adoption option is back :)
- Fixed the bard not playing inside the hall anymore. Again I messed with somthing that was wrong on my end and bugged for everyone lol
- Fixed the alchemist not being able to sell stuff. Dismiss and hire them again for good measure
- Fixed Kjartan's ending dialogue appearing at the Winking Skeever whe you did not do one of the quest's options.

- fixed the quest to purchase not completing even if you already purchased the place in the past. Just enter the Hall and the quest will complete

- All textures had been changer to match the Rift's architecture. So you won't fell like you are in Whiterun instead of your own place.
- A new guests house for the npcs you invite (now you can be proud of inviting them to your property haha)
- You can ask the steward to change the furniture into a higher class furnishment
- You can manually dismis npcs invited using the business ledger in the steward's room (now housecarl's room)
- You can hire an alchemist to live at the property and sell stuff
- Your steward will live at his own house
- Exterior Navmeshes causing trouble with npcs
- Wedding feast not starting properly
- Spouse changing clothes in the middle of the ceremony
- Not a bug, but about hjertesten dialogue won't take priority anymore
- Now you can only invite Dynia Baylu, Briehl or Erandur to be priests in the chapel. This makes more sense because the chapel is dedicated to Mara.

Hjertesten Hall is a property located inThe Rift, just West of the City of Riften and Heartwood Mill. Once owned by the elderly Lord Asgeld and managed by his faithful Steward, Torben, Hjertesten Hall has recently fallen into troubles. With a little effort, you can resolve these issues, and even assume ownership and control of this extensive holding.
To start the purchase quest you can either travel to the place or speak to guards in the Rift Hold. You can choose if you want to discover more about the property or just purchase the place and become the new Lord of Hjertesten. For a complete guide read this article
· Hire a Steward to manage the property and decorate the Main Hall. · Hire a Blacksmith and Farmer/Stablemaster to maintain the grounds. Depending on the NPC you hire, you can tll them to bring their family. · Hire a Bard to bring music to your Main Hall. To be able to hire vanilla bards, you need to download my other mod Thay's Bards for Skyrim which keep the bard from leaving the house when you request a song. · Assign your own Followers as Warriors to guard and protect the property (up to 8). · Assign friend npcs as guards to gard the property at the stockade wall - if you build one (up to 12). · Launch your private boat to travel to Riften or Ivarstead. (Can also be launched via the Steward or Warriors) · Collect resources from your groundsstaff, including foods, hides, and crafting materials. · Change the Shrine behind theMain Hall via the Blacksmith. · Invite everyone to a Grand Feast in the Main Hall! · Invite NPCs to visit your holding for a fewdays! · Take your enemies as prisoners at your property. · Have you wedding in the Chapel located at the property (READ INSTRUCTIONS)
- All the dialogues have been fully voiced, so you can interact with npcs in an immersive way :) -
· Hiring dialogues will only appear if you have the key to Hjertesten Hall in your inventory. · Interior décor changes can be made by speaking with your hired Steward. · Shrine changes are made by speaking to your hired Blacksmith. · Any potential follower can be hired, so long as they are at least friends with you. · IMPORTANT: If you ask your Steward to remove the mannequins, there is currently NO WAY to return them if you change your mind. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. Choose accordingly.
Northern Roads by PSteel2 - Download Hjertesten Hall - Northern Roads Patch · Dragonfall Castle by Skyrimlazz– Compatible, but must load AFTER Hjertesten Hall to avoid major geometry loss. Until a compatibility patch can be made, there will still be two small world tears along the Southern pathway, but nothing damaging. · Blackthorn – A Buildable Townin The Rift by Ld50365 – Incompatible, as they both occupy the same worldspace. Unfortunately, there’s only so much ‘open’ space in Skyrim, so such conflicts are sadly inevitable. No patch will be possible to solve this incompatibility. · Kaidan 2 by livtempleton –Incompatible with the Priestess Camp. Current workaround is to complete any quests involving the Priestess Camp, then deactivate the camp through the Kaidan settings, and install Hjertesten Hall. Make sure Hjertesten Hall loads AFTER Kaidan 2. Still not -guaranteed- to work. Not sure a compatibility patch will be possible. · In general, any mod that adjusts or occupies the worldspace shown in the image below will conflict with Hjertesten Hall. As stated previously, there’s only so much ‘open’ space to create in, so such conflicts are unavoidable.
