This is my first mod that I made just by playing around with SSE Edit. I was never a fan of riding a skeleton horse as it seemed fairly uncomfortable. After doing some tweaking I changed the model of Arvak to Shadowmere's model. I've also tweaked the speed of him to go a bit faster to my liking. Simply extract the .esp into your Skyrim Data folder and make sure you enable the mod. I hope you guys enjoy and let me know what you think :) I did originally make this for myself, but I figured I'd upload it, if any one else wants to use it.
