Added Inkwells too
Change Inkwells and Papers so they show up in the mage vendors without the need of "Merchant" perk. Change their value and weight a bit: they cost a little more and weigh a little less.
I play with scrolls making mod, so I made this mod to get easier access to roll of papers.
Requires USSEP, although if requested I can make a version without.
