Fast travel is disabled by default, the only way to fast travel is through Signposts scattered through Skyrim - No SKSE needed. Will work with modded signposts as long as the original asset is used.

I created this mod because i wanted for me an halfway between the complete "Fast Travel block" and the standard "Fast Travel always active".
Someone might say that you can just do it by making a little of Roleplaying, but that don't work for me, i need to be engaged by the game and some mechanics.
The mod features are quite simple:
-YOU CAN DECIDE AN EASY STYLE OR AN HARDCORE STYLE-(At new game starts)
IN BOTH STYLES:
- Fast Travel is disabled by default
- You can move a map marker to the current signpost, or deciding to leave it to the previous signpost you have marked.
- An immersive animation will play.
- You can activate fast travel only at these conditions, in the HARDCORE STYLE:
1 - Buy a map of fast travel from misc. local vendors (Like Lucan in Riverwood, merchants won't always sells those so i suggest to make some stocks when there are available). They are quite cheap.
2 - Approach a Signpost, once close, use the map, activate the Fast Travel prompt and be ready to spend 100gold for the travel expenses. Once you pay you will have 35 sec. of time of free Fast Travel. (Menu time won't count, so you have plenty of time to decide where to go).
In the EASY STYLE:
1 - A lesser power will be given to the player, "Fast travel at signpost". When activated near a signpost activates fast travel with no costs.
That is it!
No SKSE needed.

This mod doesn't modifies assets o touches data of the game in any way, only adds it. Fast travel maps are added through leveled list without touching it. The map marker added is invisible and as long as this mod is sorted with loot the load order will be fine.
This mod doesn't need to be started, it starts itself at the game start or when added to the game for the first time.
PS: I've sticked with the vanilla costs for traveling like carriages. Only that since the destination is custom, it costs some more coins.
Install the mod with the mod manager options (i use "Mod organizer") and sort the mod with LOOT

I might think about it if the mod is working ok and it suites my taste.
Aaaaarg! Maps are too cheap/expensive, fast travel is too cheap/expensive i'm going to kill youuuuuuu (can you change?).
I don't care, change the value as it suits you if you know how. I might update a dynamic change to the Fast travel cost. (I'm not changing maps costs)
I made a signpost in my mod but your mod doesn't work! You suck!(Why is not working?)
Did you use the vanilla asset of the signpost, look for "Signpost" word in the statics objects.
