This Mod changes the minor hold capitals to make them stad out from just regular villages. Winterhold, the former capital of Skyrim, now at least looks and feels like a hold capital and not some houses forgotten in the snow. Morthal is more fortified and does not appears like some lost village in the swamps. Dawnstar now fits it's description as a port more and is walled up. Falkreath still is a small, quiet hold capital and so there were just some little details added, to keep it in line with the other town overhauls. Old Hroldan is turned into at least small vilage or settlement and gets some much needed life by adding new houses and characters.
This mod will be incompatible with other mods that alter the same areas.
If you are using mesh replacers for city or town assets and/or mods that alter the snow shaders and come across visual issues try Capitals and Towns of Skyrim - Snow Fix, kindly provided by Suinier.
