About this mod

Fixes TOO MUCH glossy Majestic Mountain
This mod does not function on its own, but also serves as a tiny introduction guide.
This mod will also be the first resource for my SKYRIM project "KAKUDAI".

Majestic Mountain (By T4gtr34um3r)is a great terrain modification mod, but for some reason it has a problem with rocks and mountains shining all over the place.
In fact, the rocks become slippery when wet... but they don't glow.
So this mod will fix that glow!
First, I overwrote MajesticMountain with the Nif files of the following terrain mods, and for the remaining 100+ Nif files, I reset the specular strength to 1/3.
This MOD includes fix for the rockcliff07 and rockanimalden01 mesh issues, courtesy of DuskyB

I'm using DarkSide.
I haven't checked to see if it works correctly with other versions, but in theory it should.

Mod to overwrite MajesticMountain's Nif file

Skyrim Landscape and Water Fixes (By wizkid34)

MM - Mountains and Stones (By zhoulia)

Vivid Landscapes - Rocking Stones and Mountains - With or Without Parallax (By Hein 84)

These mods are necessary, but I dare not make them a requirement.
If they are not used, vanilla resources will be applied.

Installation
I will explain only in the case of Mo2
The reason is that Vortex has a per-file conflict resolution feature by default.

0_Install the above mod in Mo2.
You can install them in any order and place them in any order. Choose your favorite texture to win.
Personally, I'm going with SkylandAIO's rock texture as the eventual winner... but that's not the point this time.
1_Open the M.M. information screen.
2_Check the Conflicts tab and hide all the Nif files that are in conflict (winning or losing, depending on your placement)

That's all there is to it. The hidden files feature is very useful, so use it more and more!

Known Issues
No major issues, but we do have two silly ones.

For all Nif files except M.M., the order is appropriate.
I didn't think it would make a big difference... so I just let the new mods win over the old ones for now.
The reason I went to the trouble of overwriting M.M. was to reduce my own modification work.
If anyone knows how to distinguish between a better Nif and a not-so-better Nif, please let me know!

The author of MM is already working on a new Landscape mod.
I noticed this fact while I was posting this mod. This is a big problem... because newer mods are often more likely to be better.

About the KAKUDAI Project
Making a big Skyrim anyway! This is my personal MODPACK project.
I will create a big, beautiful, yet small, lightweight and stable SKYRIM.
The project will be realized with as little new mods as possible, and by properly blending and adjusting the really great mods that have been built up over 10 years of SKYRIM history.
Due to the nature of the project, I'm not sure if I'll be able to release...
