This mod lets you improve weapons at a sharpening wheel without the need for ingots or other material requirements because I prefer to think the sharpening wheel itself is doing the job.
You must have USSEP installed to use it since it adds some missing recipes.
There are two files available. One is for people who use the Fishing and Saints and Seducers content, the other is for users who don't. Only use one file.
Perk requirements are the same so you'll still need the Arcane Blacksmith perk to improve enchanted weapons.
