Removes spawn options for either male or female random NPCs where there are options for both. Examples being Stormcloaks, bandits, Miraak cultists, Thalmor, Dawnguard, Forsworn and more.
Not changed examples include but aren't limited to named or otherwise specially placed NPCs, Imperial soldiers (who are male anyway), vampires, and some "boss" type NPCs.
Draugr and Falmer are also not affected.
