Adds a toggleable shout behavior which provides unique shout animations for each shout in game

Thu'um - fully animated shouts is a toggleable(activated through right alt key) behavior which changes your shout behavior to a custom behavior that allows each shout to have full animations. All shouts have unique animations which were possible through DAR,
An After Shout attack Combo can be done,
-Slow Time Shout allows you to use a rapid fire combo for 10 times
- the other shout attack combos will perform a roll attack, followed by a 2 hit combo

Installation
1. Install Nemesis
2. Install Dynamic animation replacer
3.Install this mod
4. Patch in Nemesis(Listed as Animated Shouts in Nemesis Engine)
*Remember you have to toggle this using the right alt key like with my other mods(FP Revo) to activate it, this was done so you could have a versatile playstyle and allow improvisations to combat approach and not just be limited to one style
