Adds a new Nord Follower - Rink - and his house to the game.

This time I tried to make something more interesting, so I made a personal house for my new follower.
On the coast, West from Dawnstar, you can find a front piece of a ship standing vertically. This rebuilt piece of a boat was made into a little house.
After entering the house you will find Rink waiting to be taken on adventure with you.
He's equipped with custom made, unplayable armor set (without a helmet). Weilding two steel axes with frost enchantment.
I will keep his specific stats and perks a secret but I can tell you that he's specialised in dualwielding and heavy armor.
The house is a "No Reset Zone" so it should be safe to use as a player house. Please let me know if something is wrong.

- The eyes for the follower come from The Eyes Of Beauty originally created by LogRaam aka Gabriel Mailhot.
