Removes the background sound effects when hovering over an icon on the map to make it quieter.

Replaces the "ui_maprollover_flyout" sound effects with empty .WAV files to make the map quieter to use. Example video below. I've also included a video showing the normal sounds. Since it's only sound effects, safe to install/uninstall at any time.
