Spectral Arrow
The Spectral Arrow is a conjuration spell tome which is the only vanilla Skyrim spell that inflicts direct damage without being tied to the destruction skill tree. This of course means that unfortunately the spell will not receive any true damage buffs.
Damage and Cost
35 points physical - Cannot be resisted by elemental protection
25 points - Stagger Push
Location
The Spectral Arrow can be found where the flames of the mages college rest.
Installation
Manual - Put in skyirm directory such as steam/steamapps/common/SkyrimSpecialEdition
Mod Manager - Load with mod manager of choice
