This mod adds a new spell to the game that lets you summon a horse like the Summon Arvak spell, except the horse isn't ugly.
It has a base cost of 50 magicka and 120s duration.
You can get the spell from most of the mage merchants, like Farengar in Whiterun or Phinis Gestor in the Winterhold College.
Port of my LE mod with some improvements.
