This is a standalone version, as requested, of the Amulet of Kings found in the fantastic Vigilant SE mod and the HD textures from HD Vigilant Project - Amulet of Kings. The model and textures come in BSA format so you just need to drop the 2 in the Data folder and enable it in Vortex under Plugins.
It comes enchanted with a custom Blessings of The Eight Divines. Talos was AFK when the Amulet was created by St. Alessia herself. You can use the console to obtain it. Just type
Or you can craft it at the forge or just find one of 22 copies of "The Amulet of Kings" book and it will spawn it in your inventory.
If you have Campfires/Frostfall you can combine an Amulet of Talos with a backpack to achieve all blessings.
If you want an unenchanted version and have the Vigilant SE mod then you can buy one from the Debug Room at the Temple of Stendarr.
