Please check required mods for this preset to work properly. If you don't like physics for her hair you can use the regular KS Hairdos mod.
This is my version of the Sea Elves! The wiki said that they have white skin and eyes but that's no fun so I made her slightly blue - green (more on the green side) and same with her hair.
