About this mod
A list of mods with the fewest, minimal, and no special features.

This List NOTcorresponds to the AE version.
I will be creating a new LIST soon to share the concept.
It also supports all the great content that comes from CC.
We'll have a little time to start updating when we have a reaction to this update from the community.
If you have any mods should be adopted, please comment!
A list of mods with the fewest, minimal, and no special features.
This list for PLAY Skyrim!!
Important BugFixes and Tweaks, performance improvements only.
Only mods that have been adopted by many mod lists and are proven and reliable are listed.
The game itself and how to adjust the mods will not be presented at this time. It would be better to refer to other great guides.
I hope to complete this LIST and play SKYRIM properly before AE comes out LoL!
For advanced users!
I recommend that you unpack all BSAs once, just to try them out!
Unpacking the BSAs will help you pinpoint conflicts and remove unneeded Esp and scripts.
However, playing with loose files will severely degrade performance, so once you think you've done all the work, be sure to properly recompress the files you need.
If you are not familiar with the set of techniques required to do this, don’t decompress Bsa.
It is dangerous.
The mods listed here are all sophisticated mods, so you don't have to worry about conflicts as much as we should in the first place.
0. Resouse&BaceLineMOD
---Here is a collection of the most core mods needed for other mods to work. Resources are the mods that make other mods work, and outside of the list, DAR is this item. Baseline refers to mods like USSEP that are created with the assumption that they will be overwritten and become the ground.
Address Library for SKSE Plugins
.NET Script Framework

Fuz Ro D-oh - Silent Voice
JContainers SE

or

Quality CubeMaps - HD Cube Maps Optimized
Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
Unofficial Skyrim Modder's Patch - USMP SE
2.Scripts
-Mods that do not contain esp files and consist only of scripts tend to have a lower bug rate. This is because writing code requires a higher level of skill than editing esp in xEdit, and people with higher skills make fewer mistakes than those without.
So, in this list, only script mods are adopted with loose criteria. That's why there are many mods that are not pure bug improvements.
The reason why Script-only mods are collected in one place, ignoring their contents, is that Script mods can be placed anywhere in the load order without any problem if they are managed properly, and are less likely to cause conflicts.
I believe that by placing Script in one place, we can concentrate on managing mods with Esp plugins that need more careful management.

3.Console&UI
---The UI is also implemented in a system that is independent of the other content, just like the sprites. So it is wise to treat it as an independent separator just like the splits. The console is not an independent content, but I have placed it here to reduce the number of separators.

4.Texture&Mesh
---Minimal retexturing and mesh fix
Personally, I think the best way to retexture mods is to use the comparison function of MO2 and select images one by one, but this is a really minimal list assuming overwriting.
Except for Smim, you can unzip and merge the Bsa into one mod.

Optional 1.Combat Tweaks
Most of the combat adjustments in this List are implemented in the Script chapter, so please refer to that as well.
Skyrim's combat is not broken, just monotonous, so only minimal adjustments are needed.
Resistances Rescaled
or
Armor Rating Redux SE - No Cap - Better Formula - Morrowind-like---Optional.
Resistances Rescaled is for PCs only and rescales both magical and physical defenses; Armor Rating Redux is for both NPCs and PCs, but rescales only physical defenses.
It is recommended to use only one of them.
Another Archery Tweak
Less Sniperlike NPCs
Strike Obstruction Systems - Combat Blocking Overhaul
Optional 2.GameSystemTweaks
The major elements of Skyrim - enchanting, magic, alchemy, blacksmithing, and economy - are all fascinating content in their own right, but balance is broken. Vampires, werewolves, race bonuses, and marble bonuses are also.
This is a difficult problem to solve. It's the balance that's broken, not the system itself (although it does have any bugs).
In order to fix the balance, several mods need to be employed in the right combination. In doing so, the modlist risks becoming complicated.
I considered several ideas, but here I decided to recommend adopting SimonMagnus' mod series with adjustments closer to vanilla than EnaiSaion's mod cycle, in order to solve the problem for sure!
Aetherius - A Race Overhaul
Mundus - A Standing Stone Overhaul
Mysticism - A Magic Overhaul
Adamant - A Perk Overhaul
Arena - An Encounter Zone Overhaul
Blade and Blunt - A Combat Overhaul
Scion - A Vampire Overhaul
Manbeast - A Werewolf Overhaul
Apothecary - An Alchemy Overhaul
The following three mods will also be employed to fix crafting and bug fixes.
Ars Metallica - Smithing Enhancement
Crafting Skills Revamped
Enchanting Adjustments and Price-Charge Bug Fix
It's all over.
I have finished listing all the mods that I think should be added at this time.
As far as I know, there are zero bugs caused by this list.
Repackage the unzipped BSA properly and let's start the game. Anyway, let's start the game. That's the most important thing.
There are no plans to prepare a patch for this list. Instead, we recommend that you manually fix each conflict one by one and create a MODGROUP.
The mods on this list are all ones that won't change when other mods are added, so if you make this list a modgroup, you will be able to add mods on top of it and reduce the conflict resolution operations a bit.
The download file is an optional list.
I plan to write a little bit about weather mods, NPC improvement mods, and combat mods that I purposely did not adopt.
I'll try to add more when I have time.
Thanks for reading the list so far!!
