finally in all its glory, a ff8 high poly Gunblade, and its case, with 90% crit chance and critical effect as in the original counterpart.

this mod is the work of 3 whole weeks, I started from a very low poly gunblade that I had for cosplay use made about fifteen years ago together with an old friend who knew about modeling, and I've come to this:
to reproduce this model I also used as a reference the concept art and images of revolvers such as a smith and wesson 686.
used some free textures and others made entirely by me, such as the "holder and its seam".
I wanted and tried to add the Griever as a pendant to the weapon without succeeding (it would make sense only with a minimum of physics as HDT does with bodies). the mod comes with FOMOD, in all simplicity with 1k % 2k textures.
Appearance in-game may vary based on ENB / non-ENB settings. as you can see in my screenshots.
it should be compatible on vr, but not sure since I don't have one.

To install:
- any mod manager recommended(i use mod organizer 2).
- for manual installation or vortex/NMM user use the 1k or 2k version kindly done by GLAssassin
this will help you on making a ESP to ESL by GLAssassin
installed the mod, you will find it in the playerhome in whiterun.
I remember that there are also the 2 more versions, one without effect on crit hit, and the one with the firestorm effect,
to suit your tastes, these 2 versions can be added:
- manually with the command console, opening it with the key to the left of the number 1 (top left of the keyboard) by typing:

note:
- I tried to create a copy of the property of the valdr(?) lucky dagger, but without success as it is incorporated in the base of the game, thus being ignored by the players because of the weapon itself and therefore its critical of only 5 points ... so I used and changed "Dunmossmotherdagger" from 25% to 90%.
- It happened to me once that when I placed the weapon in the case, it didn't do it correctly. this seems to be a problem of the game itself with the custon weapon plaque, just take the weapon back, exit and re-enter, and it should work again.
I would like to do an animation just for the weapon, the gunblade is already created in several parts for this, if I can understand which files to use and how they work. also, someone has already asked for a version that fires, my intention is to do it for the version of the FF13, and then I could also add to this weapon, but first I have to understand how...
a mod you may like(and that I would like to integrate ... using the power version, in practice it is the limit "Blasting zone")
