A small modification to vanilla Night Eye to make it brighter and have a more coherent radial blur to keep it immersive.
I have always enjoyed Night Eye, specifically because I love to use Lightning and Weather Presets that tend to darken up the Landscape and either vampires or necromancers, and unlike others I enjoyed the radial blur to keep it "animalistic" since in old horror movies the predator or monster eyesight always had this weird hazy dreamy radial blur.
So my take was to keep the radial blur, brighten the effect so it was practically sunlight in the darkness and keep it logically functional when using darker light presets or weathers, I personally use Climates of Tamriel and this makes the game much better.
a VERY small patch to keep Night Eye functional, and it should not clash with others mods, I even use it with Ordinator toggle and no problem.
Any idea, request or just a hello please tell me in comments, I check the nexus every once in a while.
