About this mod

A collection of small tweaks and additions made over the years, not worth individual mod pages.

Permissions and credits
Overview

These are a small tweaks and additions I've made over the years, either for myself, or from request I liked.
Maintaining and hosting mod pages is tedious, and smaller mods very easily end up in Nexus limbo. Gathering them here simply make it easier for me to handle.

Grab what you want, leave the rest. There is no inter-dependencies nor even intended consistency between them, they're all minor standalone changes.

These are all simple enough in their implementation so that they won't ever see an update or optional downloads for variation, compatibility, or enhancements. As in, you don't have to worry about versioning. You can track the mod page if you want to be notified of eventual additions, but there is no telling if there will be any.
Should one of the mod here warrant some more fleshing out despite what I just stated, they'll be given their own page.

Yes, the mod page name absolutely sucks. But you don't see it when you're in game, so that's fine.

Technicalities

All mods are ESL flagged .esp
Mods including resources have them packed in a .bsa
Some mods require SKSE, this is indicated in their paragraph below with the Requires SKSE label.

Mods List

No Overly Friendly Friends

Limit the value of items you can take for free depending on your relationship with NPCs.
 - Friend is 0 (instead of 25).
Chopping wood for someone shouldn't allow you to take every single gold piece in their home.
 - Confident is 25 (instead of 50).
You can essentially pick meaningless clutter, simple food, and drinks, clothes.
You cannot grab potent alchemical ingredients, jewelry or equipment.

I'd recommend to pair this up with Better Stealing so you can still steal items without them being flagged as stolen if you're undetected.

Compatibility:
Compatible with everything that doesn't do the exact same thing or the exact opposite.
This is only editing 2 game settings.

College for the Dragonborn

Allow to use the line "I am the dragonborn" to join the college. Player need to be acknowledged as such by the greybeards.

Compatibility:
This is actually just editing a condition that let you use this line during the main quest, so that it's enabled whenever you're dragonborn.
Ignore the USSEP conflict, which is allowing the line to be used anytime after the Elder Knowledge quest.

Conjure Familiar Fix

Fix the conjured familiar so that he now follow through loading doors, like any other summoning (rather than like regular wolves).
This is not included in USSEP as it is a bit too involved to fix such a minor issue.

You likely don't need this mod at all, this was initially made to showcase how to fix the issue for custom summonable wolf companions. But if you use mods that heavily buff the summoning time, this might come in handy.

Compatibility:
If you're using a mod editing the wolf summon actor, this will conflict. (Example: Odin)
You can forward the change to have the fix. You should double check first that said mod do not implement its own variant.

Dragon Damage Enchantment

Add a disenchentable blade with the dragon damage enchantment next to Dragonbane in Sky Haven temple.
Useful if you're not playing with a sword and would like to apply the enchantment to your weapon of choice.

Compatibility:
Put this high in load order, it's only doing object placement. Let your lighting and audio mods override the CELL record.

Jarrin Root For Babette

Babette now may have a few Jarrin roots to sell. The price has been bumped for obvious reasons.
There is a 50% chance she'll sell one, and a higher chance she'll have one or maybe two if you're above level 25.
You can use it to create totally overpowered poisons. (More details on the UESP Page)

Compatibility:
Mods altering Babette's vendor inventory will conflict and need patch, if they don't already add Jarrin Root there themselves.
Mods altering Jarrin Root ingredient such as alchemy overhauls (CACO) should win the conflict (Lower in Load Order). The mod only change the value so that it isn't so cheap to buy, these mods are expected to do the same for balance reason.

Teach Followers Spells
Requires SKSE

Allow to teach follower spells through dialogue: "I need you to study magic."
This will bring up a "gift menu" where you can give the follower spell books.
If he doesn't yet know the spell, the spellbook is destroyed and the follower learn the associated spell. Otherwise you can get the book back from their inventory.

Compatibility:
Should be good with everything on the technical side, be it follower overhauls or new spell mods.
On the design side, you probably don't want to use it alongside:
 - Mods already offering similar feature as part of larger follower overhauls like NFF (or disable NFF feature to let this one take over)
 - Magic overhauls removing all spellbook from the game.

Apothecary - Welkynd Stone Tweaks
Requires Apothecary and CC Rare Curios

This revert part of the changes from Apothecary - An Alchemy Overhaul to CC's Welkynd Stones.

Instead of behaving like a top-tier potion (35 Magicka/s for 10s, for a total of 350 magicka), they instantly restore 200 Magicka.
This make them unique items within SimonRim (only way to instantly restore Magicka), even at higher level when you have easy access to high-grade Magicka potion, and closer to their original function of "full restore", as most Novice, Apprentice, or even some  Adept mages would see them as the holy grail, giving them back all of their Magicka.
An additional change is that Mages (or any merchant buying Soul Gems) will buy them, instead of Alchemist. This just made more sense to me.

Compatibility

Mods are provided as-is, without any guarantee of compatibility with other mods. Take it or leave it.
They're all trivial enough so that conflicts/issues are extremely easy to figure out and patch, especially with the details provided in each mod's paragraph above.
