This is a simple mod that adds a spell tome to the game that allows you to take an unfilled Grand Soul Gem and a Human Heart and transmute them into a Black Soul Gem!
There are a few mods that do something similar to this, but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. The materials to do it were kinda weird or excessive. So I made this mod to be a little more lore friendly and have less excessive or weird ingredients.
The tome can be purchased at Farengar in Dragon's Reach.
Highly recommend using in tandem with the "Human Enemies Drop Hearts and Flesh" mod by ToggleAI found here!
