Thanks to helpful members of the community I was able to get the bsa file working so here it is. As with the loose file version I will consider this a beta until it's been thoroughly tested within the community.

This version contains Helgen Reborn.esp and all the loose files to make the mod playable. I hope to have a archive version out soon. I will consider this a beta until it's been thoroughly tested within the community.
