Overhauls the Race skill bonuses to be more like TES IV: Oblivion and adds some race abilities and powers that were in TES IV: Oblivion, but are absent from Skyrim. Made this for myself and I'm uploading it here in case anyone else is interested in this kind of thing.

Overhauls the Race skill bonuses to be more like TES IV: Oblivion and adds some race abilities that were in TES IV: Oblivion, but are absent from Skyrim. One version of this mod disables health regen to be more like Oblivion and the other one keeps it in, if you don't want it gone get the version WITH health regen.

Installation and Load Order
Shouldn't be too hard, install it with your mod manager or manually put it in your data folder. Make sure it is overwriting any other mods that change races around (Lore Friendly Race Heights for example).


What this mod adds/changes
  • Changes the starting skill bonuses for each race
  • Adds or adjusts race powers and abilities and imo makes them more viable
  • Changes the loading screens describing the stats of each race
  • IF you choose to download the no health regen version it will also disable health regen


Race Stat Bonuses, Powers, and Abilities
Here is the list of new skill bonuses, and added Abilities and Powers.

Note: I have kept some Skyrim powers in like Histskin to make each race feel like they all get fair stats

Argonians

Skill Bonuses

Powers
  • Woad (Shields the player from 30% of incoming damage for 60 seconds)
  • Nordic Frost (Fires a powerful Frost spell at a Target dealing 50 damage to Health and Stamina)
